Training & Induction Champion

Develop both Internal & Induction Training Programs, instruct both internal and external training sessions, coordinate training facility at store for use by outside facilitators, scheduling of training for over 250 employees at two store locations, maintain database of training scheduled and completed for employees, monitor employee certifications and schedule necessary courses, coordinate store training needs with Upper Management, create, develop, and implement various motivational programs, editor for company newsletter, update and maintain company organizational chart, conduct customer surveys and manage and communicate applicable data to management and staff, and assist in store projects as requested by Upper Management.

-Reintroduced the Top Dog Departmental Competition, reworking it to address other company needs.

-Redesigned the company newsletter, Nuts & Bolts as a more effective communication and motivational tool.

-Developed and introduced the Atlas Award Program to recognize Support Deparments within the company and address company needs.

Own company formed to minister to others through music. Produce, design, market, and sell own recordings of sacred music. Coordinate and personally handle all of the accounting, marketing, advertising, and promotion involved with sales, and the design, development, coordinating, and performing for the recordings themselves.

-Through own marketing techniques, recordings have reached people in all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Washington DC, and each of the 7 continents in only a few years time.

-Guest singer for several conferences and events throughout the world.

-Designed own web site after initial setup, without prior HTML training. Added several pages, links, photos, tables, counter, and RealAudio clips.

-Computer literate-Windows, HTML, and Internet. (Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Exchange, Publisher, Corel Photo-Paint, use of 4p HP Scanner)

Inflight Training Specialist / Cadre Representative / IOE Supervisor:

Instruct, update, evaluate, test, and provide feedback for flight attendants and trainees on government and company procedures, corporate business plan, and safety procedures and equipment. Assist trainees with obtaining their certification, and current flight attendants in both successfully renewing their yearly certification, and in learning new material. Coordinate with a team of instructors, support staff, and administrators in several departments to ensure a successful training product is delivered to students.

Flight Attendant:

Trained professional in handling a wide spectrum of emergency situations. Provide safety, comfort and assistance to passengers onboard aircraft. Flexible and adaptive as job dictates.

-Initiated, planned, coordinated and produced an airport tour video used in flight attendant training.

-Certified Instructor in Tactical Communication, First Aid, CPR, & AED.

-Created an original airline cartoon, "Plane Crazy," which was used in Training Department materials and company newsletters.

-Among top 1/2% of 10,000 company flight attendants chosen to certify, evaluate, test and make recommendations regarding the Fokker-100 aircraft as it was first introduced into the United States.
