use by outside facilitators, scheduling of training for over 250 employees at two store locations, maintain database of
training scheduled and completed for employees, monitor employee certifications and schedule necessary courses, coordinate
store training needs with Upper Management, create, develop, and implement various motivational programs, editor for company

Own company formed to minister to others through music. Produce,
design, market, and sell own recordings of sacred music.
Coordinate and personally handle all of the accounting, marketing,
advertising, and promotion involved with sales, and the design,
development, coordinating, and performing for the recordings
themselves.
-Through own marketing techniques, recordings have
reached people in all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Washington DC,
and each of the 7 continents in only a few years time.
-Guest singer for several conferences and events throughout
the world.
-Designed own web site after initial setup, without prior HTML
training. Added several pages, links, photos, tables, counter, and
RealAudio clips.

procedures and equipment. Assist trainees with obtaining their
certification, and current flight attendants in both successfully
renewing their yearly certification, and in learning new material.
Coordinate with a team of instructors, support staff, and
administrators in several departments to ensure a successful
training product is delivered to students.
